Each event consists of a description of the work by a trained interpreter, a curator’s talk, plus supervised close access to the exhibit.

The galleries participating in the project are: 

• Wolverhampton Museum and Art Gallery
• Herbert Art Gallery and Museum, Coventry
• The New Art Gallery Walsall
• Leamington Spa Art Gallery and Museum

Funded by Arts Council, England, West Midlands, Art Speaking is a challenging project which will help visually impaired people to gain access to the magnificent collections of art housed in four galleries in the West Midlands.
